If you like the movement of people and have everything close, hotel is ideal pq has several direct entrances to the mall sunshine city, is impressive, you have on the 3rd floor the Mazaria, virtual reality theme park, from 7 years, another Namjatown park for the little ones, pokemos shop, hellow kitty, one piece, observatory, planetarium, an aquarium, impressive, outside 5 minutes a street full of games, book off, an animate cafe, sega building, ikebukuro station, pure essence of Japan.. hotel is very clean, with neither small nor big rooms, small bathroom and it doesn't look like the new ones but it has everything you need, a good selection for the daily cleaning, there is also a bathroom with heating. breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety. add that it has a Family Mark inside the hotel 24h, super comfortable. I would repeat because I went with children and mall gave them a lot of life, those if.. prepare the pocket hehe
It is a very busy hotel, staff gives the impression that it is a little burnt out because they don't smile much, they simply attend to you, they can because there are rivers of people at rush hour. truth is, if you're looking for peace and quiet here, there isn't any.

Location and room are excellent. Bus from airport is very convenient.
I had some minor trouble using my credit card on check-in, because the hotel machine could not confirm my card. (The card itself was ok.) Sometimes I have trouble finding the best way into the hotel from outside, especially when Sunshine City shopping area is closed.

Location is good- connected to sunshine mall-convenient for food and shopping. Crowded shopping streets on footwalk to main ikebukuro station and seibu mall about 420m. Triple room is spacious and located on 33rd floor, we had a good panoramic view of Tokyo- simple awesome! Simple room facilities but good enough, major tours pick up from the lobby, direct airport bus limousine (3000yen), good staff service...we truly enjoy our stay there! Highly recommended
There is no wifi available in room or lobby, inconvenient for iPhone or iPad users. A few Pay Internet PCs are available in the lobby for 100 yen every 10mins

The room was impressively clean and had a fine city view. Staff were genuinely helpful, responding positively to requests, and I appreciated the convenience of a 24/7 convenience store within the hotel. A minor drawback was the temperature control, as the room felt overly warm despite adjustments. Access to transportation was decent, but hauling luggage to the nearby train station could be cumbersome.

Conveniently attached to a large shopping mall.
This hotel is badly in need of an upgrade. I went there with my wife and 2 year old daughter for our first visit to Japan. I had read that Tokyo was such a clean city, but when I checked in, I saw the carpets in the corridors very stained and dirty. In the reception area I saw dozens of guests arriving and leaving. Immediately I thought that this looks like a backpackers hotel. In the rooms, the wooden furniture was all chipped and the carpet was also dirty and old. The mattresses were very hard, and the 3rd bed was a folding steel bed. There is no A/C unit in the room, but a vent with a knob to control fan speed, that did not cool the room. I suspect it was just a blower on the roof. Thank goodness the weather was cool then. We immediately checked out the next day and found a much better hotel.

I find the reception staffs are not very friendly, their approach is rude when we enquire the reason why we need to pay for the hotel charges as we thought we alrdy paid to Booked.net, the staff was rude and thinking that we do not want to pay for it. His attitude is bad. The hotel room is hot even when sleeping at night.

Clean
Most staff did not have a good knowledge of english, hotel restaurants were not the best and the staff were not very friendly. Hotel ads need to make sure that shuttles are not free and they take about 2 hours travel time from airport

I loved the inviting decor, especially in the lobby. Its bright, cheerful atmosphere and easy accessibility made navigating around the hotel easy for us seniors. Shopping at Sunshine City was an added delight .
